Established in the early 1980s, Mandarin Art Printing started off with a range of small-scale offset machines. Rapid business expansion led the company to upgrade its machineries to produce print jobs of higher quality and hence pushed the company to greater heights.
In 1991, the company saw a necessity for the conversion to a private limited company.
This marks a milestone for Mandarin Art’s career in the printing industries. In the next 10 years, the company is constantly upgrading its machineries, technologies and human resources to meet increasing demands from customers both in terms of quality and efficiency.
In the mid-90’s, digital printing became the industry norm as personal computers and desktop publishing software grew increasingly sophisticated. Again at the forefront of these industry changes, Mandarin Art Printing invested in the digital revolution and a new prepress department was created, “Digital Press Room”. Graphic designers were brought into provide in-house designing and typesetting, thus the company was able to dispense with its traditional traditional reliance on outsourcing.
